I have extensive experience in finance, accounting, and payroll processes. For over 15 years, I have worked in international environments in both Poland and the United Kingdom, gaining hands-on expertise in accounting, payroll calculations, financial control, and close cooperation with HR teams.

My experience includes payroll accounting support, salary processing, payroll account reconciliations, collaboration with HR and controlling teams, as well as participation in month-end close processes, reporting, and audits. I have worked in SSC and shared services structures as well as in global organizations, where accuracy, data confidentiality, and timeliness were critical.

In recent years, I have combined my financial background with recruitment and HR process support, particularly within Finance, Accounting, and Payroll. This allows me to understand both the employer’s perspective and candidates’ expectations, as well as current labor market realities.
